Kevin G. O’Brien, managing director, CCMP Capital Advisors, LLC, Dallas, TX

Kevin is a managing director of CCMP Capital. Kevin focuses on making investments in the healthcare sector and has been responsible for CCMP’s investments in Legacy Hospital Partners, CareMore Medical Enterprises, National Waterworks and Pinnacle Foods Group. In addition, Kevin oversees the execution of debt capital markets transactions undertaken by the firm. Prior to joining CCMP in 2000, Kevin worked in the High Yield Capital Markets and High Yield Corporate Finance Groups at Chase Securities and Chemical Securities. Previously, he was a member of the Leveraged Finance Group at Bankers Trust and was a Commissioned Officer in the U.S. Navy. Kevin holds a B.A. from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Kevin currently serves on the board of directors of Legacy Hospital Partners, CareMore Medical Enterprises, National Surgical Care and KRATON Polymers.
