Joe Johnson, Vice President Legal Affairs and Chief Compliance Officer

Formerly the vice president of legal affairs of Triad Hospitals, Inc., Joe was responsible for managing all litigation and dispute resolution matters for Triad and its hospitals. A native of Waco, Texas, Joe was a partner in the Dallas law firm of Needham Johnson for 24 years, litigating complex personal injury cases including medical malpractice and products liability cases. He is a member of the Texas State Bar Association and the American Health Lawyers Association. He received his undergraduate and law degrees from Baylor University in Waco.
